摘要
β-连环蛋白作为一种重要的信号转导分子和细胞间黏附分子,是近年来蛋白质研究的热点之一。它是wm信号转导通路的关键调控点,是构成黏附连接的E-cd/cat复合体的胞内重要组分,并参与肿瘤的发生发展、增殖分化、侵袭转移等生物学过程。目前在皮肤肿瘤的研究中,通过免疫组化的方法检测β-连环蛋白的膜染色水平及非常规定位(细胞核/细胞浆)的存在,对了解肿瘤的生物学特征、分型、预后有着一定的意义。阻断β-连环蛋白信号通路的异常激活有望成为治疗肿瘤的新手段。
As an important signal transducer and intercellular adhesion molecular, β-catenin has turned into a hotspot in recent studies on proteins. β-catenin is a key protein for modulation of Wnt signaling pathway and an important intracellular component of E-cd/cat complex involved in intercellular adhesion and link. It also participate in many biologic behaviors including tumorigenesis, proliferation, differentiation, invasion and metastasis of tumors. To detect the level of membranous β-catenin and aberrant (nuclear/cytoplasmic) localization of β-catenin may be of some significance to understand the biological features, types and prognosis of tmnors. Meanwhile, blocking the abnormal activation of β-catenin signaling pathway is expected to be a new approach to the treatment of tumors.
