Clinical outcome of 1436 Ribbed anatomic cementless prosthesis

[目的]评价Ribbed解剖型非骨水泥固定股骨假体的中长期临床应用效果。[方法]回顾性分析本院1997年3月～2005年9月应用解剖型非骨水泥固定股骨假体行全髋关节置换的病人956例、共1436髋。实际获得临床及X线片随访832例、1249髋，随访率87％。随访时间最短2年，最长10．5年，平均6．7年。所用假体均为LINK公司生产的Ribbed假体。[结果]Harris评分术前平均34．7分，术后平均91．5分，优良率96．3％，关节功能满意。随访X线片均未见明显透光线及假体内外翻移位，未发现股骨柄假体无菌松动。[结论]Ribbed解剖型假体设计独特，中长期随访效果满意。

[ Objective] To evaluate the clinical outcome of the Ribbed anatomic cementless prosthesis. [ Method ] A total of 1436 hips in 956 patients undergone THR with Ribbed anatomic cementless prosthesis were reviewed. Between March 1997 and September 2005, 1 249 hips in 832 patients were available for clinical and radiologieal follow-up. The mean follow-up period was 6.7 years with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10.5 years. The patients were evaluated with Harris Hip Score and radiographic analysis. [ Result] The mean Harris Hip Score increased from 34.7 preoperatively to 91.5 postoperatively. Excellent and good functional improvement was seen in 96.3% of the operated patients. There was neither perlprosthetic osteolysis nor evidence of loosening on follow-up radiographs. [ Conclusion] Ribbed anatomic cementless prosthesis is found to be performing well with good clinical and radiologieal result.
