WebGIS是当前地理信息系统(GIS)发展的一个热点,它是利用互联网技术来扩展和完善地理信息系统的一项新技术。通过分析铁路大客户管理系统的需求,充分利用MapXtreme2005、ASP.NET、和JavaScript等技术特点,初步研究WebGIS在铁路大客户货流系统中的应用,为其以后广泛服务于铁路行业的应用研究奠定一定的基础。
