摘要
目的:建立HL7中ORU^R01消息的XML文档。同时,解决在创建XML Schema过程中出现的矛盾性问题,最终创建出一个有效的XML Schema模型。方法:本文对HL7中定义的检验信息的构建进行了深入的研究,同时以其中应用极为广泛的ORU^R01消息为例,将遵循HL7标准的信息转化为XML格式,建立了XML文档。同时,通过对创建XML Schema过程中出现的矛盾性问题的产生机制进行深入剖析,最终解决了这一问题,并巧妙的利用组合结构最终创建了一个有效的XML Schema模型。结果和结论:HL7作为成熟且具备国际共识的医疗信息传递标准越来越受到医学界的重视,它规范了临床医学和管理信息的传输格式,极大的提高了医院信息系统之间数据信息共享的程度。XML则是INTERNET上数据交换的公认标准。将遵循HL7标准的信息转化为XML格式将极大的发挥以上两个标准的优势。
Objective: to explored the ORU message of HL7 standard,create a XML document of ORU^R01,proposed a simple method to resolve the ambiguous problem in ORU^R01 message of HL7 standard and create a XML Schema. Methods: In creating the XML schema, we found ambiguities in the HL7 messages that cause the XML schema to be non-deterministic. To solve the non-deterministic schema problem, we should understand the characteristics of how the HL7 ambiguity occurs, then we converted all non-deterministic content models to equivalent deterministic models. Results and Conclusion : As a mature and conformance standard of medical electronic data exchange, health level seven(HL7) has become a widely used standard in medical information area. HL7 defines the data content and the transmission sequence of each event for the computerized health domain. XML is the standard for data exchange using the Internet. The advantages of the two standards would be very helpful for data exchange between different application system.
