摘要
从控制合金成分入手,对ZK61M镁合金的熔铸、热轧工艺等进行试验研究,解决了铸锭热裂、冷隔、热轧开裂等难题,生产出了合格的ZK61M热轧板。
The casting and hot-rolling processes of ZK61M magnesium alloy are investigated starting with the alloy contents, and the complicated problems such as the thermal cracking and cold shut of ingot and hot-rolling cracking have been solved, so the qualified ZK61M plates have been produced.
