摘要 针对云南某金矿载金矿物与脉石矿物呈微细粒嵌布,浮选细磨中产生大量次生矿泥,加之原矿有部分易于泥化的粘土矿物,给选别造成困难的特点。采取添加混合分散剂分散矿泥,利用组合捕收剂的协同效应强化浮选过程,经过一粗二扫二精的工艺流程,取得金精矿品位95.67g/t、回收率87.73%的较好分选指标。 The gold bearing mineral and gangue mineral from Yunnan existed as fine dissemination. A large amount of secondary slime produced in fine grinding for flotation, in addition, there was a part of clay mineral that was easy to slime in run of mine ore, and these caused difficulty for beneficiation. Mixed dispersant was used to disperse slime and synergistic effect of combined collectors was utilized to strengthen flotation process. Technological process of one stage roughing, two stage scavengers and two stage cleanings was used, which achieved gold concentrate with a gold grade of 95.67g/t and a recovery of 87.73%.
