摘要
对河北某铁矿全尾矿,进行了不同浓度和灰砂比的尾矿胶结试验,并对试验数据进行统计分析。试验结果表明,浓度和灰砂比对全尾矿的胶结强度,具有显著的影响;尾矿浓度和灰砂比的交互效应对尾矿的胶结强度的影响也是非常显著的,由此确定铁矿全尾矿的胶结强度的回归方程为二元二次形式。对影响因素显著性的分析为全尾矿胶结强度模型提供了理论基础。
Cementation experiments with different tailing concentrations and cement- tailing ratios were conducted on total railings from an iron mine of Hebei Province. And experimental data were analyzed statistically. The results showed that tailing concentration and cement- tailing ratio had significant effects on the cementing strength of total railings. The interactive effect of the tailing concentration and cement-tailing ratio also had an obvious influence on the cementing strength of the railings. From this, it was determined that the regression equation of cementing strength of total tailings of the iron mine was binary quadric form. The significance analysis of influence factors provided theoretical basis for the cementing strength model of total railings.
