摘要
目的:检测银屑病皮损中丝聚蛋白(filaggrin)、转谷酰胺酶(transglutaminase)及hornerin等细胞分化标志分子基因的表达。方法:应用RT-PCR方法检测银屑病皮损中丝聚蛋白、转谷酰胺酶及hornerin mRNA的表达。结果:正常皮肤丝聚蛋白和转谷酰胺酶只有少量mRNA表达,而银屑病皮损区丝聚蛋白和转谷酰胺酶mRNA的表达显著升高。正常皮肤未见hornerin mRNA的表达,而银屑病皮损区有明显表达。结论:丝聚蛋白、转谷酰胺酶及hornerin三种细胞分化分子在银屑病有异常表达,这些分子可能参与银屑病的发病。
Objective: To investigate the expression of filaggrin, transglutaminase and homerin in lesions of psoriasis. Methods: Messenger RNA of a series of molecules involved in keratinocyte differentiation was measured in normal skin and lesions of psoriasis by RT - PCR. Results: The expression of transglutaminase and filaggrin was upregulated in lesions of psoriasis compared with normal skin. Hornerin expression was seen in the lesions of psoriasis, but not in normal skin. Condusion: Abnormal expression of filaggrin, transglutaminase and homerin may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
