带状疱疹患者氧化应激状态的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨带状疱疹与氧化应激的关系,对50例带状疱疹患者急性期及恢复期,进行血中一氧化氮(NO)与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)测定,并对带状疱疹皮损进行了诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)免疫组化测定。结果:带状疱疹病人急性期血中NO明显增高,SOD水平下降,恢复期NO、SOD正常或趋于正常。两者比较(P<0.001)有明显差异,与对照组比较(P<0.001)有明显差异,免疫组化带状疱疹急性期炎症细胞诱导型一氧化氮合酶染色阳性。说明带状疱疹急性期存在明显的氧化应激状态,一氧化氮增高,导致表皮炎症、水疱和坏死。
