中国妇女法的未来走向

1978—2008年是中国改革开放三十年,也是中国妇女维权走过改革发展、取得显著成效的三十年。在党和国家改革开放的路线、方针和政策指导下,随着社会主义民主与法制建设的顺利开展,我国在保障妇女权益方面,诸如政治权利、文化教育权利、劳动和社会保障权益、人身权利、婚姻家庭权利、财产权利等方面都取得了极大的进展。1992年通过的《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》从总体上确立了我国妇女权益保障的法律机制,修正后的妇女权益保障法则是新形势下完善妇女权益保障机制的必要手段,而《中国妇女发展纲要》的制定更是我国妇女发展的一个重要里程碑。回顾改革开放三十年来中国妇女维权工作的发展历程,总结妇女维权工作的经验,研究探讨当前存在的问题与对策,对于保障妇女的权益、促进妇女的发展、提高妇女的地位,都具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。为此,中华女子学院学报编辑部特别邀请了全国妇联领导、研究机构和从事妇女法研究的部分专家学者,围绕"改革开放三十年与中国妇女维权"的主题,撰写了一组笔谈文章,进行了较为深入的理论学术探讨,并予以刊发,希望以此引起社会各界和专家学者对此问题的兴趣和关注,以期进一步推进中国妇女的维权。

In 2008, China has taken the reform and opening-up policy for 30 years, and Chinese women's rights safeguarding have developed and made achievements for 30 years. Under the guideline of reform and opening-up, China has received remarkable progress on women's rights safeguarding, such as political rights, cultural and educational rights, labor and social safeguarding rights, human rights, marital and family rights, property rights. Reviewing and summing up the development of 30 years' women's rights safeguarding, we believe there is an important theoretic and realistic value in studying the problems and the countermeasures existed, as well as in analyzing the tendency and regularities and raising women's status for future development at this moment. For this reason, the Editorial Department of Journal of China Women's University invited some experts who are engaged in women's rights studying and collected articles on the topic of 'China's 30-year Reform and Opening up and Women's Rights Safeguarding'. This act aims to deepen academic exploration in order to promote the development of women's rights safeguarding to a higher level.
