心理干预对偏头痛患者负性情绪及其应对方式的影响

Study on the effect of psychological intervention on negative emotions and coping styles in patients with migraine

目的探讨心理干预对偏头痛患者负性情绪及其应对方式的影响。方法将92例偏头痛患者分为观察组和对照组,各46例,两组均给予吲哚美辛治疗,疗程均为6个月,观察组在此基础上给予心理干预,每周1次,每次60 min。采用偏头痛诊断疗效评定标准、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表及应对方式问卷对所有受试者分别于心理干预前及结束时进行评定。结果心理干预结束时,观察组患者的偏头痛诊断疗效、抑郁、焦虑评分及自责因子分均明显低于对照组,均为 P<0.01;解决问题及求助因子分则明显高于对照组(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。结论心理干预能有效改善偏头痛患者的负性情绪,提高其应对技巧,减少头痛发作。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on negative emotions and coping styles in patients with migraine. Method Ninety - two migraine patients were divided into experimental group （ n = 46） and control group （ n = 46）. Both groups received indometacin treatment,and the patients in the experimental group received one hour psychological interventions once a week for 6 months. All the patients were assessed with the Therapeutic Scale Score on Migraine （TSSM） ,Zung＇ s Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） ,Zung＇ s Self- rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Coping Style Questionnaire （CSQ） before and at the end of the intervention. Result Compared with the control group,the total scores of TSSM,SDS,SAS and self-blame score in the experimental group were significantly lower （ P 〈 0.01 ） , willie the scores of problem-solving and resorting were significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ） after the psychological intervention. Conclusion Psychological intervention can reduce migraine patients＇ negative emotions, improve their coping strategies and reduce headache attack.
