通过回顾相关文献,对医院服务流程再造的研究现状进行综述,阐述医院实施服务流程再造的内容、步骤及效果评价方法,说明医院服务流程再造可有效提高医疗护理服务质量及医院效益,减少患者的医疗费用,进而提高患者与医护人员的满意度,促进医院建设。

This paper summarized the research on hospital process reengineering,elaborated the content,steps,effect evaluation methods of hospital process reengineering,which indicated that hospital process reengineering could effectively improve the quality of medical service and hospital benefit,reduce patients＇ medical charge, and thereby to increase the satisfaction of patients and medical staff and promote the construction of hospital.
