摘要
目的适应《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的实施,寻求既符合该法规,又维护医院和聘用护士双方权益的管理办法。方法学习并依照《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》完善聘用制度,并加以实施,组织聘用护士签订符合新法规的劳动合同等。结果完善了聘用制度,增强了聘用护士的法制观念,调动了其工作积极性。结论《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的实施,使医院聘用护士管理更加规范,得到了聘用护士的支持与配合,推进了我院聘用护士管理的法规化进程。
Objective To explore the management methods for contract nurses which not only can meet with the demands of the implementation of Labor Contract Law,but also can guarantee the rights both of the hospital and the contract nurses. Method The employment system for contract nurses was revised and implemented based on Labor Contract Law. Result The policy of the contract nurses has been perfected ,and contract nurses' consciousness of law and enthusiasm of job improved. Conclusion The management of contract nurses has been further standardized through the implementation of Labor Contract Law ,which obtains the contract nurses' support and cooperation and promotes the legal process of management of contract nurses.
