对我院58起护理缺陷原因分析及防范对策

Reason analysis and precaution measures of 58 cases of nursing defects

目的分析58起护理缺陷发生的相关因素,制定防范对策。方法将护理缺陷按输液注射、发口服药、医嘱处理、观察记录、护理操作、配药剂量错误分类,并进行统计分析;按不同原因、不同班次及发生在不同职称护理人员的情况进行比较分析。结果护理缺陷发生的原因从高到低依次为查对不严、违反操作规范、责任心不强、业务素质差;班次分布依次为日班、小夜班、夜班;不同职称护理人员发生缺陷依次为护士、护师、主管护师。结论严格执行各项护理规章制度和操作规程,合理调配和使用护理人力资源,对低年资护士进行个性化、规范化培训等,可以有效预防或杜绝护理缺陷的发生。

Objective To analyze the causes of 58 cases of nursing defects and make precaution measures. Method The 58 cases of nursing defects were classified in the aspects of intravenous infusion and injection, distribution of oral medicine, disposal of doctor＇ s advice, nursing records, nursing procedures and medicine dosage. At the same time, the nursing defects were compared based on different reasons, nursing shifts and nurses with different professional titles. Result The main reasons of nursing defects were ranked as lax checking ,disobeying of the regulations, poor sense of responsibility and professional quality, in terms of shifts,the nursing defects mainly occurred in day shift, then in middle shift and night shift. In terms of nurses＇ professional titles, mainly in junior nurses,then in senior ones. Conclusion It is suggested to strictly implement various nursing regulations and procedures,rationally allocate and utilize nursing human resources,provide individualized standardized training for junior nurses to prevent nursing defects.
