摘要
伴随着计算机应用的不断普及，对学习者的个性特征与计算机应用效果之间的关系研究，正在逐渐成为教育信息化领域的研究热点。研究结果表明，学习者的某些个性特征是可以通过有效教学指导得到改善的。而本文所关注的是计算机焦虑对中小学教师的影响，以及改善其计算机焦虑的有效策略。
