随着世界新军事变革的迅猛发展,我军常规武器装备的科研试验也步入一个加速发展的新阶段,如何适应新形势下的试验卫勤保障的需求,提高医院卫勤保障能力成为卫勤工作的重要课题,为此本院以科学发展观为指导,坚持以科研试验保障为中心,通过健全完善各项制度、强化为兵服务意识、加强技术人才队伍和学科建设、做好应急救治的准备、加强急救知识宣传、加大卫勤保障投入、做好基础保健工作等方法,使医院的卫勤保障能力得到了进一步的提高。

Together with the fast development of the world military transformation, the scientific research and test of the conventional weapons and equipment of our armed forces entered a new stage of development. How to adapt to the need of the medical support of scientific test, enhance the medical support capability of hospitals have become an important subject. Therefore, our hospital has taken the scientific outlook on development as a guiding principle, and the logistic support of scientific research and test as the center of our work. We have set and rounded up different systems, emphasized the thought of serving the Armed Forces, and we enhanced the work of personnel and discipline building, the preparedness of emergencies, the propaganda of first aid common senses, and the investment of infrastructure building. All these measures have enhanced the sanitary and logistic support capabilities of our hospital.
