米诺环素治疗牙周炎的疗效分析

Analysis on Clinical Curative Et-tect or Minocycline on Periodontitis

目的：观察米诺环素软膏局部治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：用随机、单盲、口内自身对照方法研究米诺环素软膏置于深牙周袋内辅助牙周基础治疗的临床疗效，以单纯基础治疗为对照，观察基线、第2周、第6周菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）及用药后的反应。结果：除PLI外，两组第2周及第6周的SBI、PD较基线时均有改善（P〈0．05），治疗组第6周较第2周除PLI略有反弹外，其余指标皆进一步改善（P〈O．05）；在两个观察时段，治疗组较对照组在SBI、PD方面，皆有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。但PLI两组间无差异；未发现用药后不良反应。结论：米诺环素是一种有效的牙周局部缓释药物，能提高单纯机械洁治的疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of Local application of Minocycline-HCL ointment on periodontitis. Methods： A randomized, blind, split-mouth study was designed. Following initial therapy, Minocycline--HCL S. tL pellicle was administered into the periodontal pocket of treatment sides at baseline, but the control sides had no drug. Standard clinical indices （including PLI, SBI and PD） and response to S. R. pellicle were evaluated at basedline, week 2 and week 6. Results： Except PLI, indices of both groups showed significant improvement （P〈0. 05） on week 2 and week 6 compared with baseline. In the test group, all indices improved significantly at week 6 than week 2 except PLL Side treated with Minocycline--HCL S. R. pellicle always produced statistically significantly reduction （P〈0.01） of SBI and PD than the control sides, but PLI of the two groups showed no difference. No side--effect had been found after administered S. tL pellicle. Conclusion： Minocycline is a kind of operative local slow-released periodontal drug. It can improve the curative effect of sin- gle machine scaling.
