为提高实习生临床实践能力，结合自己20余年临床带教实践体会，分别对带教医师怎样提高学生临床操作能力、临床思维能力和临床创新能力三方面的方法进行了较为翔实系统的论述，值得参考。

In order to improve the trainees＇ clinical practice ability, this paper makes a systematic analysis on how to improve the ability of operating, thinking and innovation of the trainees combined with the the author＇s clinical experience of 20 years.
