The Quintessence of Deep Eco-economic Idea and Its Modulation to Development of Science and Technology

深层生态经济问题肇始的关键因素在于人类处理人与自然生态的关系时采取的"人类中心主义"认识态度,导致了工具理性的日益张扬和价值理性的丧失殆尽。深层生态经济理念的内质表现为有机整体论、万物生命论和内禀价值论;完善与深化深层生态经济理念,应当积极地从中国古代智慧中汲取"天人合一"生态伦理思想的有益精髓即宇宙统一论、法则统一论和发展协调论。至关重要的是,在于采取有效措施促进科技发展的生态化旨趣。

For good reason of the divergence between instrumental reason and axiological one, deep eco-economic problems would reciprocally derive from the epistemological attitudes towards inevitable relationship between man and nature. Integrative view of life and axiology can lay a solid foundation for the intrinsic essence of deep eco-economic ideas, which should depend on Chinese traditional notions of the integration of man and nature, including view of integrating, laws system and harmonious attitude of development. Because the concept of the development of science and technology isn＇t concerned about environment and ecology ontologically, the overwhelming instrumental reason and the lack of value one and environmental ethics after the development of science and technology, the latter has been making nature be far from center of human being＇s value. It takes for granted that, therefore, it is radically important to take effective measures to trigger science and technology to be ecology-oriented, and then science and technology from the perspectives of ecology would make even more contribution to the competitiveness of our country.
