从本科护生角度探讨临床见习存在的问题及对策

Probe into clinical probation from viewpoint of college nursing students and its strategies

临床见习是护生学习中重要的一环,但在思想上和临床能力方面存在职业态度不端正、缺乏同理心、理论与实际脱节等现象;对此提出树立正确的职业态度、培养爱伤观念、培养批判性思维、采用多种学习方式等措施。

Clinical probation is a very important link of learning for nursing students. However, some of students have incorrect occupational attitude, lack of sympathy. And their theoretical knowledge is out of keeping with their practice. Based on the circumstances, it put forward some corresponding meas- ures including to buildup of correct occupational attitude, to foster the concept of sympathy with injured and critical thinking, and to adopt all different ways of learning and so forth.
