血液灌注联合血液透析治疗有机磷农药中毒病人的护理

Nursing care of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis

[目的]探讨血流灌注联合血液透析治疗有机磷农药物中毒的效果和护理措施。[方法]20例病人给予血液灌注加透析治疗,同时加强生命体征监测,严密观察病情变化。[结果]19例病人治愈,并发症和后遗症少。[结论]血液灌注透析,护理措施得当,治疗有效、安全性高。

Objective： To probe into the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis to treat patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and nursing measures for them. Methods： A total of 20 organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients were given hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis. At same time, vital signs of patients were monitored, and illness conditions of them were observed closely. Results： Among all, 19 eases were healing well. And no complications and residual had occurred at all. Conclusion： Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis were effective and nursing measures were proper for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients. Moreover, it has higher safety.
