摘要
本文对乙酰螺旋霉素的合成工艺进行了系统研究。讨论了反应时间、温度、催化剂等因素对产物组分和质量的影响。实验表明 ,用DMAP作催化剂时 ,较佳的反应温度为 40~ 5 0℃ ,反应时间为 5~ 6h。工艺具有操作简单 ,生产废液少等特点。表 3,参 4。
This paper deals with the synthesis of acetyl spiramycin.Influence of the factors of reaction on the components and quality of the product is dicussed.Experiments indicate the optimum temperature of the recation is 40~50 ℃ and the optimum time is 5 ~6 hours.The improved process is easy to operate and has less liquid waste.3tabs.,4refs.
