肘关节“恐怖三联征”诊断及治疗 被引量：14

摘要 以往对肘关节"恐怖三联征"多采取保守治疗,一般很难维持肘关节稳定性并有再脱位的倾向,目前学者们多主张采取积极的手术治疗。手术治疗策略有恢复尺骨冠状突稳定性、通过桡骨头骨折内固定或金属假体置换以恢复外侧柱稳定性、修复外侧副韧带及相关结构及必要时修补内侧副韧带或应用可活动铰链式外固定支架辅助固定以利于早期活动。该文就肘关节"恐怖三联征"诊断、治疗、并发症及预后作一综述。
