富血小板血浆治疗下肢软组织缺损1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 强大暴力引发的粉碎骨折常伴发软组织严重肿胀，甚至开放性损伤。对这种软组织条件欠佳的创伤患者行内固定术后皮肤坏死不愈及软组织缺损的可能性很高，因此促进软组织缺损的修复是极有研究价值的课题。离心全血得到的血小板浓缩物富血小板血浆（platelet-rich plasrna，PRP）富含各种生长因子，对骨及软组织具有很强的修复作用，已越来越多地用于治疗急性创伤、
