今年，“差异化经营”成了中远集运指导全年经营工作思路的一个关键词。2007年10月起实施的中远集运美西北航线（PNW）改挂加拿大鲁伯特王子港，为航线经营“差异化”运作模式的探索作了一次有益的实践，截至今年4月份，在不到6个月的时间内，就整个太平洋航线减少巨额成本来看，这次实践所积累的经验意义重大。

This year,Diversified Management has become a Keywords of COSCON’s guidance for business ideas for work. Since October 2007 from the implemen-tation of the COSCON Northwest line (PNW) linked to Port of Prince Rupert in Canada,operating routes for the 'diversified' mode of operation was a useful exploration of the practice. Up to April this year,in less than six month's time,on the view of the Pacific line reducing the huge costs,the practice of the accumulated experience is of great significance.
