黄顺崧喜欢别人称他“锁匠”，但他却和锁毫不相干，其身份是烟台市房屋安全监理中心主任。

In April 2004, the Housing Administration of Yantai City decided to establish a Housing Security Supervision Center to strengthen the work in that area. Huang Shunsong was appointed head of this center. This is challenging job, since previously Yantai has no governmental department responsible for housing security administration, so many people did not know that the housing security should be supervised.
