迁地条件下新疆大叶苜蓿花部综合征的比较分析 被引量:2

摘要 对不同生长区域的新疆大叶苜蓿花部综合征进行比较分析,结果显示:(1)迁地条件下的苜蓿花期较原生长地推迟10d左右。(2)迁地条件下每单花胚珠数为(9.5±0.61),提供给传粉者的报酬为(4454±463)花粉粒和(0.32±0.08)μl/d花蜜,花粉败育率达(38.7±2.4)%,花粉传递效率P/O值为(472.56±52.24)。原生长地每单花胚珠为(11.8±0.7)个,提供的报酬为(3213±250)粒花粉和(0.95±0.06)μl/d花蜜,花粉败育率为(17.07±2.29)%,P/O值为(272.86±30.12)。在原生长地,大叶苜蓿较高的花蜜量可能限制了花粉的发育,使得苜蓿单花的花粉数量明显低于迁地条件下的花粉数量。而花粉的败育一定程度上归因于花粉发育过程中环境因素的影响。(3)迁地条件下,构成苜蓿花部综合征的诸因素均发生了显著性变化,环境和气候条件的变化是导致上述差异的主要原因。 The study on floral integration features of Medicago sativa L. cv. Xinjiang Daye was carried out with different areas planted. The results showed that: (1) under migration condition, the florescence put off about 10 days. (2) Compared with original growth area, a flower of alfalfa planted in the migration area could provide 4454±463 pollen grains, 0.32± 0. 08 μl/d of nectar, and the number of ovule was 9.5± 0.61, the pollen abortion percentage was 38.7±2.4%, the pollen-ovule ratios(P/O) was 472.56±52.24. In original growth area, a flower could provide 3213±250 pollen grains, 0. 95±0. 06 μl/d of nectar, and the number of ovule was 11.8±0.7, the pollen abortion percentage was 17.07± 2.29 %, the pollen-ovule ratio(P/O) was 272.86±30. 12. In the original growth area , the lower pollen grains amount probably due to the higher nectar amount of single flower which limited the development of pollen because of holding over resource . The pollen abortion due to the environment factors in a certain extent. (3) Under migration condition, the main elements composing floral integration features had a change significantly. The change of environment and weather conditions among the different alfalfa growing areas leaded to the diversification of floral integration features of alfalfa.
