摘要
用盆栽法,采用人工气候箱培养,研究狼毒在土壤里腐解过程中对受体紫花苜蓿的化感作用。结果表明:狼毒根、茎叶对苜蓿幼苗的根和茎叶的干重、植株高度、叶面积、叶绿素相对含量均有抑制作用,其抑制效果随着狼毒用量的增加而加大;对苜蓿细胞差别透性增大。狼毒根的抑制作用大于狼毒茎叶。
With the pot culture, the artificial climate box was used to study the allelopathy of Steura charnaejasrne in the decompose process in the soil on the acceptor alfalfa. The results indicated that the root, the stem and leaf of S. chamaejasme had the inhibitory effect on alfalfa seedling's root, stem , dry weight of leaf, plant height, leaf area and relative chlorophyll content. Its inhibitory effect enlarges along with the increase of S. chamaejasme amount used; the alfalfa cell difference penetrability was increased. The inhibitory effect of the root of S. chamaejasme was better than the stem and leaf of S. charnaejasrne.
