为解决节能建筑耗热量指标的测定和对节能效果的评价问题，作者对测试方法进行了探讨，提出了在现场利用红外技术测试的新方法．这种方法测试简便，无热情性，形象直观，并具有较高的准确度．文章中给出在试验室条件下进行对比试验、仪器材定及在节能建筑现场测试的方法及问题．

In order to solve the test of heat consumption index of energy conserving building and the appraisal of energy conserving effect, the author discussed the test method and put forward new method of utilizing infrared testing technique on the spot. This method is very simple and convenient, non-heat inertia, imaginable, directly perceived through the senses with the degree of accuracy highly. The paper offered contrasting test in the condition of laboratory, instrument demarcation and testing method and problem of energy conserving building on the spot.
