活性污泥合成可生物降解塑料PHB的工艺优化研究 被引量:14

摘要 研究了活性污泥在两段工艺中进行可生物降解塑料聚-β-羟基丁酸酯(Polyhydroxybutyrate,PHB)的生物合成.在第一段中,按动态底物投加方式操作SBR选择和富集出具有贮存能力的活性污泥,然后在第二段的批次反应器中完成PHB的贮存.重点研究了操作条件的优化以期获得最高的污泥PHB含量.评价了批次反应器中三个关键参数-溶解氧(DO)浓度、pH值和底物-生物量比(food-microorganism ratio,F/M)对PHB贮存过程的影响.结果表明:底物的吸收速率、PHB产率和胞内含量均随溶解氧浓度的提高而提高;在7.0~10范围内,pH值对贮存过程没有明显影响;提高F/M比有利于提高PHB的胞内含量,在F/M比为4.5C-mmol/C-mmol时,获得了最高的PHB含量64%.但当F/M比继续提高到6.0C-mmol/C-mmol时,发生了胞内PHB和外源底物同时被利用的现象,结果导致PHB含量降低.
