蛹虫草子实体中多糖含量测定方法的研究

Determination of polysaccharide from Cordyceps militaris Link

目的建立一种稳定、简便的蛹虫草子实体多糖含量的测定方法。方法采用地衣酚比色法测定蛹虫草子实体中多糖含量,于660nm处测定。结果用此方法测定用葡萄糖的标准曲线其相关系数为0.9998,平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD值为1.79%。结论该方法线性关系良好,准确,适用于蛹虫草子实体中多糖含量测定。

Objective To establish a easy method for determination of polysaccharide from artificial cordyceps militaris. Methods The content of polysaccharide was determined by 3,5-Dihydroxytoluene colorimetric method at 660 nm. Results The linear relationship of this method was well and the average recovery was 100.6% , RSD = 1.79%. Conclusion This method is accurate and can be used for quality control of polysaccharide in artificial cordyceps militaris.
