摘要
目的建立UV法测定盐酸舍曲林片中间体中盐酸舍曲林的含量。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,在274nm的波长处测定。结果线性范围为19.75～296.22μg/ml,r=0.9999;平均回收率为101.3%(n=9)。结论此法快速、准确,可作为生产工艺监控的有效方法。
Objective To establish a UV method to determine sertraline hydrochloride in sertraline hydrochloride Tablets. Methods Detection was done at wavelength 274nm. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 19.75 -296. 2μg/ml （ r =0. 9999）. The average recoveries were 101.3% （ n =9）. Conclusion This proposed method appeared to be simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to control the product quality and preparation process.
