开塞露灌肠治疗前列腺增生尿潴留患者的护理观察

Kai Sai Lu Yi enema therapy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia urine retention of nursing observation

目的观察应用开塞露保留灌肠治疗前列腺增生尿潴留的疗效。方法对62例良性前列腺增生症尿潴留患者在使用传统诱导排尿无效后,利用不同剂量(40ml、60ml、80ml)开塞露保留灌肠治疗,并观察排便、排尿时间。结果62例尿潴留患者中36例排便、排尿,总有效率85.7%。60ml组及80ml组有效率明显高于10ml组,而60ml组及80ml组之间无统计学意义。结论开塞露保留灌肠可促进排尿,开塞露用量在60～80ml为宜。

Objective purpose of observation of Kai Sai Lu retention enema treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia urine retention results.Methods62 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in the use of traditional urine retention induced voiding invalid,using different doses(40,60,80 ml)Kai Sai Lu retention enema treatment,observation and defecation,urination time.Results62 cases of urinary retention of patients in 36 cases defecation,urination,and the total efficiency of 85.7% percent.60 ml group and 80 ml group was significantly higher than 10 ml,while the 60 ml and 80 ml group between the groups was not significant.ConclusionKai Sai Lu retention enema can promote urination,Kai Sai Lu amount in 60 ml^80 ml suitable.
