维持性血透患者配偶生活质量评估

Evaluation of life quality of long term dialysis patients'spouse

目的了解维持性血透患者配偶的生活质量,以便更好的配合患者治疗。方法应用生活质量综合评定问卷对83例维持性血透患者配偶及正常对照组人群进行生活质量评估。结果维持性血透患者配偶的总分及心理功能和社会功能和物质生活维度得分均较正常对照组显著降低,其中女性配偶总分及心理功能和社会功能维度得分较男性配偶显著下降。结论维持性血透患者配偶的生活质量较正常人群下降,其中女性配偶生活质量下降更明显,需要积极进行心理干预。

Objective in order to treat them preferably we invetigate quality of life the spouse of hemodialysis patients. Methods quality of life of 83 cases were evaluated by in spouse of long term hemodialysis patients and normal control group. Result total score and score of mental function and social function of spouse of long term dialysis patients were decreased , else female spouse of them was decreased than male markedly. Conclusion quality of life of spouse of longterm dialysis patients were decreased than normal people, female spouse markedly, this is required mental intervention.
