高分辨率超声检测老年冠心病患者血管内皮功能的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察老年冠心病患者肱动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的变化及临床应用价值。方法:采用高分辨率超声检测55例老年冠心病患者(观察组)血管舒张反应,并与50例无冠心病老年患者(对照组)进行比较。结果:观察组肱动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性均低于对照组(P<0.01);心肌梗死患者肱动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性降低较心绞痛患者明显(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者肱动脉内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性均降低,病情越重,舒张功能降低越明显。
