耳蜗发育畸形HRCT及蜗神经孔CTVE观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨耳蜗发育畸形和蜗神经孔发育异常的影像学表现。方法:搜集本院经耳科及影像学检查诊断为耳蜗发育畸形的52例患者HRCT原始图像,观察耳蜗发育畸形的不同类别,用CTVE技术显示内听道底蜗神经孔形态。结果:52例中耳蜗不发育3例,耳蜗发育不全2例,不完全分隔Ⅰ型7例.不完全分隔Ⅱ型20例,共腔畸形4例,蜗神经孔发育不良10例.蜗轴缺如6例。结论:HRCT能准确显示各类骨性耳蜗畸形的特征.CTVE可立体直观的显示各类畸形伴随的蜗神经孔的螺旋形态的改变.是HRCT二维图像的有效补充。 Objective:To study the imaging findings of cochlea and cochlear nerve foramen in patients with cochlear anomalies. Methods:The raw data of high resolution CT (HRCT) images of 52 cases with cochlear anomalies diagnosed by radiologists and otologists were collected. The characteristics of various cochlear anomalies on multi-planar reformation (MPR) images were studied, the cochlear nerve foramina of internal canal were displayed with CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) technique. Results:Of the 52 patients,absence of cochlea was assessed in 3 cases,cochlear hypoplasia in 2 cases,incomplete partition type I in 7 cases, type 11 in 20 cases, common cavity anomaly in 4 cases, hypoplasia of cochlear nerve foramen in 10 cases, absence of cochlear modiolus in 6 cases. Conclusion:The direct and stereopsis characteristics of various bony cochlear anomalies could be shown on HRCT and CTVE images,which was an effective complement for 2D CT.
