摘要
室温下将Na2S溶液滴加到聚乙二醇(PEG)水溶液与CdCl2的混合溶液中,搅拌6 h后经处理得CdS细粉。IR检测显示,随PEG浓度的增加,红外吸收峰发生蓝移;XRD检测表明,PEG分散所得纳米CdS的粒径为十几纳米;TEM检测验证了XRD的粒径计算结果,并显示15%PEG分散所得颗粒具有较好的分散性。
At room temperature, Na2S solution was added in the dropwise way to the rigorously-stirred solution containing CdClz and PEG water solution. When the mixture was stirred for 6h, the powder of nanocrystalline CdS was obtained. The IR spectrum indicated that the blue shift was occurred in IR absorb peak when the concentration of PEG was increased, the XRD indicated that the power had an average particle diameter of about 20nm, the TEM validated the results characterized by XRD and indicated that the power had good dispersion when the concentration of PEG is 15%.
