摘要
采用乙酸乙酯作为酸化剂,聚乙二醇作为有机分散剂,通过沉淀法制备微尺度SiO2。聚乙烯(PE)蜡乳液作为有机处理剂得到高孔隙率和高分散性的超细SiO2粉末。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)及比表面积测试等表征方法对其结构和性能进行表征。应用其制备的消光剂用于塑料漆中具有良好的消光性、良好的分散性,并且赋予漆膜低磨损性以及其他优良的综合物理性能。
The tiny size of SiO2 was synthesized using precipitation method, with ethyl acetate as acidification and with polyethylene glycol as dispersant. Using polyethylene wax latex as treatment agent, the porous and highly dispersed SiO2 powder was obtained. And it was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the X-ray diffraction (XRD). Then, it was made of flatting agent that was used in plastic paint. The results showed that the matting property and dispersity of modified products in paint film was fairly good and the abrasion resistance of the paint film and other correlative properties were also improved.
