保留十二指肠的胰头切除术 被引量：3

摘要 胰头和十二指肠在解剖上一直被认为是一个整体、密不可分，对位于胰头的病变，一般常规采用胰十二指肠切除术（Whipple术），但对于良性病变，由于切除了远端胃、全部十二指肠及正常胰腺组织，手术显得过大，损伤了正常胃、十二指肠和胰腺的内分泌和消化功能。自Beger于1972年实施应用保留十二指肠的胰头切除术（DPRHP）治疗慢性胰腺炎以来，其手术适应证逐渐扩大。
