技能提升效率 从“首届中国挖掘机技能大赛”看技能人才培养

2008年5月19日,一场由中国建筑业协会机械管理与租赁分会主办、广西柳工机械股份有限公司承办的全国性挖掘机技能大赛——"首届中国挖掘机技能大赛"在广西柳州拉开帷幕,这是全国首次将挖掘机操作作为竞赛项目进行的全国性评比。对于看惯了花样繁多体育竞赛项目的人们而言,挖掘机技能大赛带给他们的是惊奇、是震撼、更是精彩;而对于工程机械行业而言,技能大赛带给我们的可能是更多的思索。

'The 1^(sh)craftsmanship competition of China excavator industry',organized by China Construction Industry Association Machinery Administration & Leasing Branch,operated by Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co.,Ltd.,was hold on May 19^(th),2008.The excavator operation is taken as a competition for the first time nationwide.Compare to various sports competition,craftsmanship competition of excavator take more surprise,convulsion and highlight to visitors,while left more thought to construction machinery industry.
