摘要
环氧苯乙烷又称氧化苯乙烯,是重要的医药和香料中间体,可用做环氧树脂稀释剂、增香剂、稳定剂,广泛应用于β-苯乙醇、左旋咪唑等的制备。近年来,随着国内外环氧苯乙烷需求量的逐渐增加,开发环境友好的环氧苯乙烷的合成工艺十分必要。目前,工业上其合成方法主要是卤醇法和有机过氧化催化苯乙烯环氧化法[1]。前者污染严重,物耗和能耗很高;后者虽安全,无环境污染,但耗H2O2量较大,成本较高。因此,如何减少能耗又不污染环境成为环氧苯乙烷绿色合成所面临的重要任务[2-3]。以O2或空气为氧化剂催化苯乙烯环氧化反应展示了诱人前景,但该工艺研究进展不大,方法也不成熟[4-5]。本文对该方法进行了进一步研究,提供了较佳的工艺条件,为环氧苯乙烷的工业化生产提供一些基础数据。
Epoxyphenylethane was synthesized using styrene as raw material, self-made Co-LaX as catalyst, oxygen as oxidant and dimethylsulfoxide as solvent. The effects of reaction temperature and time, the amount of catalyst, and the flow rate of oxygen on the reaction of styrene epoxidation were investigated in detail.The optimal conditions were as follows: reaction at 100℃ for 6h, the mass ratio of Co-LaX to styrene was 0.15:1, the volume ratio of oxygen to styrene was 1.4:1 min-1.Under these conditions. the conversion of styrene was as high as 64.5%, and the selectivity of epoxyphenylethane was 59.3%.
