摘要 创建学习型组织是构建终身教育体系的基础工作,有助于推进学习型社会建设,有助于增强人的学习能力。上海在实践中逐步形成学习型机关、学习型社区、学习型企事业单位、学习型家庭四种学习型组织,且具有一定的共性特征,取得了一定经验,如,完善运行机制,建立保障激励制度;搭建学习平台,开展形式多样的学习活动;制定“上海市创建学习型组织评估指标体系”等。 Creating learning organization is the basic work for building lifelong education system, which is conducive to strengthen the construction of learning society and enhance people's learning abilities. Shanghai has formed four kinds of learning organization in practice: learning department, learning commu- nity, learning institution and learning family, and they have some common characteristics and accumulated some experiences: optimizing operational mechanism, building assurance and inspiration system; building learning platform and deploying various learning activities; making evaluation index system for creating learning organization, etc.
