摘要
与世界发达国家相比,我国的劳动标准在世界上处于较低水平,有待进一步改进和提高。为此,我国近来实施了两部人力资源新法:《劳动合同法》和《就业促进法》,将规范我国人力资源的开发与管理,其中,前者更加强调企业的社会责任,后者着重解决公平就业问题,以及强化职业教育和职业培训,鼓励创业并设立专项基金等。
Comparing with developed countries in the world, the labour standard of China is at low level, which should be improved and enhanced. Under the background, China has implemented two kinds of human resource laws recently: Labour Contract Law and Employment Advancement Law, which aim to regulate the development and management of human resources. The former emphasize more on the social responsibility of enterprise, and the later focus on solving the problem of equal employment, vocational e- ducation and vocational training, encouraging entrepreneurship and setting up special fund.
