改革开放以来,现实中的收入分配差距变动呈现出三个特点:各个群体的人均收入有不同程度的提高,居民总体收入差距扩大,收入分配差距对经济增长的负面作用日趋严重。30年来改革开放的事实表明,市场经济下多种分配方式的并存,的确对促进经济增长、普遍提高人民生活水平起到了重要作用,但也产生了一些负面影响。下一步改革的方向应是在继续发挥市场经济促进效率功能的基础上,通过缩小收入差距、实现社会公平来促进经济增长。
