摘要
石质文物由于风化、人为等因素的破坏,在结构性加固保护方面一直是个难题,结合"少昊之都"石牌坊保护工程,采用碳纤维加固技术对石梁抗弯性能进行试验研究,从破坏模式、承载力、刚度及对梁截面应变的影响等几个方面进行对比分析。石质文物经碳纤维布加固,其破坏形式由原来的正截面"脆性"破坏转变为斜截面"延性"破坏,其抗弯承载力及变形能力也有很大提高,试验结果表明,碳纤维加固使石材的抗弯性能得到有效的改善。
The structural protection of the lithoid cultural relics is a difficult problem for destroys of wind erosion and man-made factors. The bend - resisting behavior of lithoid cultural relics reinforced with CFRP is studied through the test combined with the protective project of Shao Hao decorated archways'. The destroyed mode, carrying capacity and rigidity are contrasted and analyzed, The destroyed mode of lithoid cultural relics is changed obviously from right section brittle destroy to oblique section ductile destroy. Its bend- resisting capacity and deformability are improved obviously. The tests results revealed that the bend-resisting capacity of lithoid cultural relics reinforced with CFRP can be enhanced greatly.
