摘要
针对无级变速器用反比例溢流阀在CVT工作过程中的特性,建立了反比例溢流阀压力、流量等特性模型,并对模型进行了分析和仿真;建立了电磁阀的试验台和试验标准,并对反比例溢流阀的静态特性和动态特性进行了试验;试验结果表明该反比例溢流阀具有良好的静态和动态特性,能够满足对CVT精确控制的需要。
In order to understand the characteristics of the electro-hydraulic inverse-proportional relief valve used in the continuously variable transmission (CVT), a mathematical model with pressure and flux of the electro-hydraulic inverse-proportional relief valve was established. The model was analyzed and simulated, subsequently. The test-bed was designed and a test standard was put forward, and tests of static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic inverse-proportional relief valve were carried out. The experimental results indicate that the performances of the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic inverse-proportional relief valve are excellent, and it can satisfy precision control of the CVT.
