摘要
通过对液压缓冲器的薄壁小孔流特性和球面缝隙流特性的分析,建立了液压缓冲器的综合特性模型和缓冲过程的动态模型,并进行了仿真计算,得出了表征缓冲器特性的缓冲力-活塞行程曲线。液压缓冲器的静态特性仅取决于薄壁小孔流的二次特性和球面缝隙流的一次特性,而动态特性与冲击载荷的大小和油液的压缩性密切相关。
By studying the performance principle of the hydraulic bumper, the overall characteristic model and the dynamic buffering process model of hydraulic bumper were built based on speciality analysis of its thin wall-orifice flow and spherical surface-slit flow. Then the curve of buffering force and piston distance, which expresses bumper charaeteristie, was obtained by simulation. The results show that the static characteristic of the hydraulic bumper is only determined by the first characteristic of thin wall-orifice and the second characteristic of spherical surface-slit, and the dynamic characteristic is mainly related to the magnitude of shocking and the compressibility of oil.
