摘要
目的观察中药天年饮对衰老大鼠不同脑区抑制性氨基酸含量的影响。方法40只SD大鼠随机分为4组,正常组、衰老模型组、天年饮用药组、阴性对照组,每组10只;采用高效毛细管电泳法检测各组大鼠大脑皮质、海马、下丘脑抑制性氨基酸γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、甘氨酸(Gly)的含量。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠皮质、海马、下丘脑GABA、Gly的含量明显下降(P<0.01);与模型组大鼠比较中药天年饮组可明显提高衰老大鼠各脑区GABA、Gly的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论中药天年饮可改善衰老大鼠脑氨基酸类神经递质的代谢,延缓脑老化的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese drug Tiannian fluid on cerebral inhibitive amino acid content in ageing rats. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control, aging model, Tiannian fluid and saline groups, 10 in each group. The inhibitive amino acid ~t, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and glycine (Gly) contents in cerebral cortex, hippocampus and hy- pothalamus were determined by high performance capillary electrophoresis. Results The GABA and Gly contents in cerebral cortex, hippo- campus and hypothalamus in model group were lower than those in normal control group (P 〈0. 01 ) ;those in Tiannian fluid group were high- er than those in model group(P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0.05 ) o Conclusions Traditional Chinese drug Tiannian fluid could improve the metablism of cerebral amino acids neurotransmitters in the aging rats to prolong the cerebral aging.
