糖尿病有无伴发无症状冠心病患者冠状动脉螺旋CT造影比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的对糖尿病(DM)或非DM患者并发疑似冠心病者使用64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影技术(CTA)检测冠脉病变情况、了解冠脉病变严重程度及其冠状动脉斑块成分组成。方法322例疑似冠心病并至少存在一种危险因素或运动试验异常而需进一步确认的患者完成64排CTA,其中DM组46例,非DM组276例,两组间在年龄、性别、冠心病危险因素方面无统计学差异。结果DM组的冠心病发病率为91%(42例),非DM组为73%(201例)(P=0.0012),DM组的阻塞性病变比非DM组高(26%比6.7%,P=0.0001),DM组每个病人受累的冠状动脉节段数明显比非DM组高(P=0.0003)。DM组总的钙化计分比非DM组高(368±91比85.4±19,P<0.0001)。结论DM患者有较高的冠心病发病率,CTA在评估DM冠心病风险方面是一个非常重要手段。
