摘要
介绍了潘家口水电厂运行初期１＃机尾水管严重的漏水现象，并对有关过程的原因进行分析。采取钢板补焊、充填灌浆等处理对策与措施，解决１＃机尾水管严重的漏水问题。
There occurred severe leakage in the clraft tube No.1,panjiakou hyolropower planr cluring initial operation.The analysis of rupture process,the renovaltion measures and effectiveness are introduced.
